Be Shift ("we", "our", or "us") operates the StokX mobile application (the "App") available on the Apple App Store. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the App.

2.1 Information You Provide

StokX does not require account registration. We do not collect your name, email address, or any other personal identifiers directly through the App.

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

• Usage & Analytics Data: Aggregated, anonymized data about how features are used, session duration, and crash diagnostics to improve App stability and performance.
• Device Information: Device model, iOS version, and locale, used solely for compatibility and debugging.
• Purchase Information: In-app subscription status is verified through Apple's StoreKit framework. We receive only a non-reversible subscription receipt from Apple and do not receive your payment details.

2.3 User-Generated Content

Images and designs you create are processed entirely on-device or via on-device AI models. We do not upload, store, or share user-generated designs on our servers unless you explicitly export and share them yourself.

We use the information collected to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the App.
• Diagnose crashes and fix technical issues.
• Verify in-app purchases and manage subscription access.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for behavioral advertising profiling.

The App may integrate with the following third-party services that have their own privacy policies:

• Apple App Store / StoreKit — manages in-app purchases and subscriptions. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Apple Analytics— optional, anonymized crash and usage data if you have opted in through iOS Settings > Privacy > Analytics & Improvements.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these services. We are not responsible for their practices.

Anonymized analytics and crash logs are retained for up to 12 months, after which they are deleted or further anonymized. Because we do not collect personal identifiers, we cannot link retained data to specific individuals.

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us at support@stokx.online and we will promptly delete it.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access & Portability: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your data.
• Opt-Out of Analytics:Disable analytics sharing at any time via iOS Settings > Privacy > Analytics & Improvements.

The App or this website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies before providing any information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. If changes are material, we will provide prominent notice in the App or via the App Store update notes.
